Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of PropRelay, a trade copier add-on for NinjaTrader 8 (the “Software”), and the proprelay.io website (the “Site”). By purchasing, downloading, or using PropRelay you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
1. The service
PropRelay is a NinjaTrader 8 add-on that mirrors orders from a leader account to one or more follower accounts on the same NT8 instance, with per-account risk guards and kill switches. PropRelay runs locally inside your copy of NinjaTrader 8. We do not host your trading, your accounts, or your market data.
2. Subscription and billing
PropRelay is sold as a monthly subscription. All payments are processed by Whop, our checkout and subscription provider. By purchasing PropRelay you also agree to Whop’s terms.
- The subscription renews automatically each month at the price you signed up at. PropRelay is currently in early access at the founders rate of $14.99 USD per month, locked in for as long as your subscription remains active. The standard rate for new customers after early access ends will be set at the time of full launch and will be no less than $19.99 USD per month. Existing founders subscribers will not be moved to the standard rate while their subscription remains continuously active.
- You can cancel at any time from the Whop customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- If your payment fails and is not resolved, your license may be deactivated until billing is restored.
3. Free trial, cancellation, and refunds
PropRelay is offered with a 3-day free trial. Your card is captured at signup but no charge is made for 3 days. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card is automatically charged the founders rate and your subscription begins. Charges after the trial are non-refundable except in genuine billing-error cases. Full terms of the trial, cancellation, and refunds are on the Cancellation & Refund Policy page.
4. License grant
While your subscription is active and in good standing, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run PropRelay on NinjaTrader 8 instances that you control. The license terminates automatically when your subscription ends.
You agree not to:
- Resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute PropRelay or any part of it.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
- Share your license key with anyone outside your own NT8 setup, or use a single license on more devices than your plan permits.
- Use PropRelay in any way that violates a prop firm’s rules. You are solely responsible for compliance with the rules of any funded program you participate in.
5. Trading risk and disclaimers
PropRelay is a tool. It is not a trading strategy, a signal service, or financial advice. All trading decisions are yours. Trading futures and other leveraged products involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone.
The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that PropRelay will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any specific copy latency, fill quality, or trading outcome will be achieved. Network conditions, broker behavior, NT8 updates, and your own configuration all affect results.
You are responsible for monitoring every account PropRelay is connected to, and for the consequences of every trade it copies, including trades caused by misconfiguration, kill-switch failures, or connectivity issues. We strongly recommend testing on simulated accounts before connecting live capital.
6. NinjaTrader trademark
NinjaTrader® is a registered trademark of NinjaTrader, LLC. PropRelay is an independent third-party add-on and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NinjaTrader, LLC. NinjaTrader’s own terms and license apply to your use of the NinjaTrader 8 platform.
7. Termination
You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate your license immediately if you breach these Terms, abuse the Software, attempt to circumvent licensing, or use PropRelay for fraud or unlawful activity. On termination your right to use PropRelay ends and you must uninstall it.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropRelay and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, missed fills, slippage, prop-firm violations, account drawdowns, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software. Our total cumulative liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of PropRelay after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of PropRelay is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
