Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. How the trial works

• You sign up via Whop and provide a valid payment method.
• Your PropRelay license is activated immediately so you can mirror trades during the trial.
• No charge is made for 3 days from signup.
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card is automatically charged the founders rate of $14.99 USD per month. The subscription then renews monthly until you cancel.

2. Cancelling during the trial

You can cancel any time during the trial and you will not be charged. Two options, either is fine:

• Through Whop — open the Whop customer portal, find your PropRelay subscription, and cancel from there. This is usually the fastest path.
• By email — send a note to [email protected] from the email address you used at signup, before your trial ends. Include your Whop order ID if you have it handy.

Cancellation during the trial deactivates your license at the end of the trial period.

3. Cancelling after you have been charged

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current month you have already paid for. Your license stays active until the end of that paid period.

4. Refunds

Charges after the trial period are non-refundable. The 3-day free trial is the evaluation period — use it to confirm PropRelay works with your NT8 setup, brokers, and prop firms before being charged.

If something genuinely went wrong on our end (charged in error, system fault, etc.), email [email protected] and we will review case by case. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method, usually processed within 1–2 business days. Time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 3–10 business days).

5. Renewals

After the first charge, the subscription renews monthly at the rate you signed up at. Whop will email you a receipt every time you are charged. Cancel before any renewal date to avoid the next charge.

6. Cancellation versus refund

These are two different actions:

• Cancellation stops future charges. Use this to end the trial without being charged, or to stop a subscription from renewing next month.
• Refund reverses a charge that already happened. Refunds are not offered after the trial except in genuine billing-error cases.

7. Trial abuse

We may decline or end a trial early, and refuse refunds, where activity appears abusive. Examples include (but are not limited to) signing up with multiple email addresses to extend the trial, reusing a previous trial, sharing or distributing license keys, or using PropRelay in ways that violate our Terms of Service.
